Her education and professional certifications span exercise science, nutrition science, behavior science, personal training, corrective exercise, functional aging, wellness coaching, and group fitness. She trained under Hall of Fame coach Dr. Donald Chu and holds advanced credentials including NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, ACE Health Coach, and Precision Nutrition Coach, along with numerous specialty certifications.

Debbie specializes in optimizing movement patterns to improve health and performance while reducing injury risk and increasing mobility, stability, strength, power, and more. She offers both private and small-group training, tailored to the individual and grounded in long-term sustainability rather than quick fixes.
