As a health and fitness professional with over 30 years of experience, I have devoted my career to making nutrition and movement achievable, realistic, and sustainable for every stage of life. True health isn’t about extremes or perfection — it’s about creating habits that support your body and your life long term.

Research shows that approximately 70% of chronic diseases in the United States are directly related to lifestyle choices. Additionally, with nearly 80% of the immune system residing in the digestive tract, now more than ever is the time to take an active role in reducing inflammation and upgrading overall health and well-being.

I use proven, evidence-based strategies to help clients achieve and maintain the body they want — without restrictive dieting or burnout. Many people come to me after trying countless diet plans and workout programs, only to discover that they don’t work in the long run. Instead of an all-or-nothing approach, we focus on a sustainable, practice-based method, building healthy habits gradually and intentionally, one day at a time.

Everything that we truly desire to achieve begins and ends in our minds. Our thoughts, and the thoughts we think throughout the day, shape our lives. We must pay attention to our thinking. We believe that we must wake up each day and renew our mind.  Having a mindful practice is a big part of our coaching practice.
