What Can I Expect From a Personal Training & Coaching Session?

Each session is a true 60-minute private experience, rather than the standard 50-minute session offered at most health clubs. This additional time is intentionally built into my training model, allowing for greater attention to detail, thoughtful progression, and a more complete training experience.

A Personalized, Client-Centered Approach

This experience is about you. I listen carefully, and we collaborate to define the most effective training approach and realistic timelines based on your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level.

Every workout follows a well-designed, strategic plan and may include:

  • Functional fitness circuits

  • Compound and strength-training exercises

  • Cardiovascular and interval training

  • Plyometrics, power, and agility work

  • Flexibility, mobility, and balance training

Progress Tracking & Accountability

Your progress is tracked consistently to ensure results and motivation, including:

  • Weight and body measurements

  • Fitness and movement assessments
